Nothing to complain about, I totally recommend, loved it. Had very very good stay for a wedding I attended at Natte Valleij with amazingly helpful staff and lovely location in the garden overlooking the winelands...

Nothing bad to say.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location within the vineyards was absolutely stunning. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the bustling city. The staff here really looked after me and were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were readily available to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was beautifully decorated with an African theme and had a modern bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.

The only small downside I experienced during my stay was that on two mornings the staff in the dining restaurant seemed to be poorly trained. They had difficulty with our breakfast orders, particularly when we requested an 'easy over' fried egg with a soft yolk.

Modern rooms, SOPHISTICATED atmosphere. Furthermore, they had free Wi-Fi. We loved this hotel and would use them next time.

The location is stunning with breathtaking views and a refreshing vineyard walk. The room decor is lovely.

no views from windows only rooftop.Style of decor ,rustic, did not really work. WiFi in room did not work and using "office" wifi not convenient at all times.Fittings in room was inadequate. Water system was extremely noisy. Expectations were greater from web site than were found.

Convenience for Stellenbosch and surrounding towns and countryside. Quiet rooms.

The restaurant was not open for dinner on an evening.

magnificent and straightforward place to stay, lovely views over the lake. gorgeous location near to the center of the estate, and a beautiful winery. also, between the vineyard with a lovely view across the valley.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in the beautiful vineyards. The location was just perfect, tucked away in a tranquil area away from the hustle and bustle. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly reception to the attentive housekeeping. We were greeted with a complimentary sparkling wine made right here on the vineyard, which was a lovely touch.

Absolutely spectacular setting. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful winery with large barrel cellar. Great wines, lovely rooms.

the staff is very friendly and the apartments nice! they organised as a wine tasting tour with Annett as a wonderfull guide, this was a great experience!!

the location is a bit special. You definatly need a car for every action you would like to make. No possibility to have dinner at the place, but the staff is extremly helpfull to give advise and information!

Everything was perfect, from the staff, the location, the room and atmosphere.

The breakfast was great with wonderful view, different prices than usual and the croissants taking the cake and served by the outstandingly accommodating staff. It was in a marvellous location in the wine tasting area where breakfast is served. Everything exceeded all expectations, I would stay here again and again.

Couldn't recommend more and would love to come back, it was a relaxing stay. The breakfast in the deck is savoury and great with simply the most beautiful views. Wonderfully friendly staff, they know their business👌
